Contest Rules

Eligibility

• Contest is open to legal residents of Virginia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. 
• Service Area Limitation: The winner must reside within the Hampton Roads, Virginia service area where Pinky’s Junk Removal operates. Entries from outside this area will be disqualified. 
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Maverick Brands LLC DBA Pinky’s Junk Removal are not eligible. 
• Void where prohibited by law. 

• To enter, participants must submit a valid email address through the giveaway page on our website. 
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. 

Contest Period 

• The Contest begins on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2025. 
• All entries must be received before the deadline. 

Prize 

• One (1) winner will receive a free full truckload of junk removal services (approximate retail value: $698). 
• Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of notification, subject to service availability. 
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other products/services. 
• Services must be performed at a location within the Hampton Roads service area. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

• The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 30, 2025. 
• The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days. 
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected. 

Odds of Winning 

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Conditions of Participation 

• By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 
• By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. 

Limitation of Liability 

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any issues beyond our control. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Maverick Brands LLC DBA Pinky’s Junk Removal from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

Governing Law 

• The Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norfolk, Virginia.
